Looking for a lodger to join our flat. This is a bright room in a secure gated development just a short walk from King’s Cross Station, Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard. The building sits alongside the beautiful Regent’s Canal and offers landscaped garden spaces, 24/7 concierge service and excellent transport links across London.

You will be sharing with me and my girlfriend, both young professionals who are active and sociable. We enjoy a mix of quiet nights in and occasional evenings out. This is our home and we want to keep it comfortable and respectful. We are looking for someone with a similar outlook, friendly, tidy and considerate, who values a clean and peaceful living environment.
