I am moving out of my basement flat room in the King's Cross area at the end of September. The central location is a great choice for students in UCL, King's college or any other central universities as well as professionals working centrally.
As seen in the picture the room is set up with a high sleeper bed to make it more roomy and cosy but the old double bed is still available if preferred.
Deposit required is one months rent indicated (£595) plus extra £150 for new furniture I installed. TV in the pictures not included but happy to negotiate for it too.
You would be staying with four other flatmates who are clean, well organised and friendly.
