Heya! I've got a spare room to let in my flat halfway between KX and Angel.

- 3.78 x 2.64m private bedroom, pre-furnished with a UK double bed, desk, bookshelf, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Spacious living room (I've got some product design tools and equipment in one half of it though)
- Shared bathroom
- Shared kitchen space
- Laundry machine with dryer function
- Tabletop dishwasher

Location Features:
- 8-10 min walk from Kings Cross St Pancras and Angel stations (serves the Northern, Victoria, Piccadilly, Circle, Hammersmith and Metropolitan lines)
- 3-5 min walk from a bus stops for the 17, 91, 259, 30, 214, 205, 476 and 73 buses
- 8 min walk from Tesco and Sainsbury's
- 20 min by bus or 10 mins bike commute to UCL Bloomsbury
- 40-50 min commute by train to UCL East

I'm looking for a flatmate who is:
- male: I would feel more comfortable living with another guy (and so would my partner)
- a current student or recent grad: I'd like to live with someone around my age (proof of enrolment or employment required as a measure of trust)
- clean: kinda basic, you wouldn't want to live with someone who is a slob
- chill: tbf, I'm less keen on this one but don't be trying to host parties here. If you're the type to go out and drink, don't come back and be all loud.
- able to pay 1 month's rent up-front + the deposit.

About me:
Hey, I'm Antonio. Born and raised in Rome , I moved to the UK in 2019, originally to study design engineering, but eventually got myself into product design.

I graduated in 2024 and am currently working as an in-house industrial designer of hand and power-tools. I enjoy designing random things, hanging out with my gf, cooking, going gym (inconsistently lol) and reading.

I like to socialize and also value my alone time/personal space, so someone who is down to be friends as well as flatmates would be cool.
