Bright double room in modern central flat

The flat is on the third floor, on a lovely road just a stone's throw away from King's Cross (10 mins walk). On the way you can pass Granary Square, Coal Drops Yard and Regents Canal. If you go the other way (5ish minutes), you'll get to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground station. Nearby, there is a big Waitrose, Coop and Sainbury's for the weekly shop and many smaller local shops for more urgent needs out of hours.

The room is modern and bright, and comes furnished. There is also a small storage space in the hallway. The flat also has a kitchen/living space with lots of space for food storage. You will share the bathroom with only one flatmate (Cecile).

Bills are not included in rent price, all bills (electricity, internet, water and council tax) are shared equally between the three. Also Deposit is 5 weeks with scheme(safe).

You'll be living with Data Engineer Evgeniia (26), artist/ AI specialist Cecile (29). We try to keep a calm atmosphere in our flat, we don't throw parties or make noise so that everyone feels comfortable. We also try to keep the flat clean and cosy. Both of our flatmates are very easy to get along with and are happy to discuss any issues, so it will be very easy to settle in and enjoy the beautiful flat and its vibe.
