One big double room available in Kings Cross from the 1st of January 2026 for a remaining 4 month lease (possibility to sign new 12 month lease starting April 2026). We are looking for a young professional aged 25-32 that is sociable, clean and respectful.

2 minute walk from Coal Drops yard. Amazing transport links with King’s Cross station and Caledonian Road & Barnsbury being around a 10 minute walk away.

Room comes furnished with double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of draws.

Nice size garden outside with afternoon sun. Great for a few drinks in the summer afternoons.
