hi, I'm looking for someone to take my contract starting from November 13th 2025. The lease will terminate on September 9th 2026. The contract handover will be done officially by the letting agent Hamptons, in order to avoid any dispute.
It is a nice new flat (3b2b), and the room I'm letting shares a bathroom/toilet with one of the girls who live here. The two flatmates are Chinese girls and they are super friendly. The facility is new and the flat is in good condition, with a big kitchen and living room, as well as a balcony. It also has 24/7 reception for parcels and security, with a coop supermarket right downstairs. It has been good experience living here and we wish you are a good flatmate with good living habits.
about council tax: If you are a student, you can apply for a waiver of that; if you are a professional, you have to pay council tax subject to the local Camden council's regulation.
