Double Bedroom in Kings Cross

Hi there, we gave a room available in our 3-bed flat.

The apartment is located right between King’s Cross St Pancras and Angel (5-10 min walking distance each). In terms of space, there are 3 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 communal living space with a small kitchen and a spare room which at the moment is mainly storage. The kitchen is small but fully equipped (including washing machine, freezer, microwave, oven).

Our criteria for the new flatmate:
• Female preferred
• Non-smoker
• No couples
• No pets
• Someone clean and tidy
• Someone who also enjoys being a bit social and occasionally hanging out, watching a movie or having a chat at the end of the day.
