Great Room in fantastic Location

I'm looking for someone to take my gem of a room in Kings Cross as I'm sadly moving on. Its a 2 bed apartment with kitchen and lounge and balcony (800pcm all inc). Room come's furnished with decent storage and natural light. (Desk not included). There is a bathroom with and separate toilet W\C also.

Amazing transport links with King's Cross down the road, Angel is also close by with gyms, shops and plenty of supermarket options (24hr Tesco nearby). You are also a stones throw from the canal which is a treat. Super close to central London which at this price is pretty special.

You'd be sharing with a semi retired book publisher from California who is a delight and honestly the easiest flatmate I've lived with to date. He owns the place and is super easy going and respectful.
