Urbanest St Pancras Room for UCL Students

Hi,
I have a room at Urbanest St Pancras that will be ready for a new tenant on Jan 10-12. The contract extends through September, so is perfect for a graduate student. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. The building is student only and everybody who lives there is very nice and outgoing. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 to help you with anything you might need.
You will have two flatmates, 23F and 24M, who are studying law and politics. They are both excellent cooks and love to share which is a huge bonus :) My room has a nice window looking out at the canal and has lots of shelving/storage space. The kitchen also has a dishwasher.
There is laundry in the building on the 7th floor as well as a huge common room (has piano, TV area, couches, ping pong table) and terrace. There is also a study room and small library on the ground floor. There is a co-op grocery store in the building next store so very easy for grocery shopping.
This room is perfect for a student who is starting term 2 at UCL, and the location is excellent. You are right on regent's canal (gorgeous for morning walks), and about a 15-20 min walk to UCL Bloomsbury campus, 10 minutes from St Pancras/King's Cross.
