Contract Takeover: This is a direct takeover of an existing contract with Chapter Kings Cross. The annual contract is structured in 4 instalments, two of which have already been paid. There are two remaining instalments: one due in January and a smaller one in April (covering until 19 June 2026). The total outstanding amount works out to approximately £450 per week. You will sign the takeover agreement directly with Chapter.
