- En-suite bathroom.
- New carpet floors, plenty of natural light.
- Fully furnished with option of unfurnished (landlord can remove & store furniture if you prefer your own).

- Large open-plan living/kitchen
- Balcony
- Second bathroom
- Furnished and decorated (flexible to swap furniture if preferred)
- 5th floor with lift access
- Communal rooftop terrace (perfect for summer drinks or gatherings)

- 3min walk to Coal Drops Yard (shopping, restaurants, Everyman cinema, summer big-screen events)
