Comfortable double room in centrally located flat

I am an artist living near King's Cross in a bright, spacious top floor duplex flat. I have two grown-up sons who live with me during the holidays, but otherwise I am looking to rent out their double bedrooms.

The bedroom I am looking to rent has a new double bed, hanging rail and desk, and is light and very quiet. There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower. The flat also has a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine and a sitting room. Bills and broadband are included.

I am creative but tidy. During the week, I spend a lot of time at my studio and at least one night every week with my partner. If at home, I enjoy cooking, listening to music and reading.
