Hi! I have a large double room will be available from August 2026 in my 2-bedroom flat and I’m looking for a female flatmate to share the home with. Ideally long-term, but short-term can also be considered.

• Absolute prime location with excellent transport links
• 1–3 mins walk to multiple tube lines, buses, and train stations
• Building is on the main street, but the flat faces the back of the building, so it’s very quiet
• Close to shops, cafés, and everything you need

• 2 bed / 1 bath flat shared with just one person (me)
• Comfortable size for two people — easy to keep clean and organised
• Clean, well-maintained home (no mould or unpleasant smells)
• No shoes indoors as it’s been an Asian household
• Dining/living area with dining table, coffee&tea station, and sofa
• I’m currently rearranging and improving the living room, so it may look slightly different (and better!) than the photos

• Korean 🇰🇷
• Previously lived in Israel (4–5 yrs) and Greece (2 yrs) — now 7 years in London
• Open-minded, friendly and very easygoing
• Quite social and out often, but at home I enjoy: Brewing coffee ☕ Watching Netflix🍿Having small chats with my flatmate 🛋️
• I work from home with flexible hours and travel frequently (almost every month), so you’ll often have the flat to yourself
• I really value cleanliness and hygiene, so looking for someone who feels the same
• Also very easygoing with small noises and I sleep like a baby until 10am (or later) 🤭
