Description
I, Simon, am looking for someone to take over my room in King’s Cross. I am moving out as my partner and I found a place to move in together.
The room has a double bed, a desk, plenty of storage space and a little balcony overlooking regent’s canal.
It is located 8min walk from King’s Cross Station and 15min walk from Angel station.
There is also an overground station 10min walk away as well as lots of buses.
It is also 5min walk from a Tesco express and 10min walk from a big Sainsburys.
The flat is shared with Natalle and Giada who are both working professionals, very nice and tidy. While we get along well with each other, we tend to live fairly independent and quiet lives, so if you are looking for a party flat or a very social flat this one is not for you.
To note: there is no living room and one bathroom shared between the 3 tenants (but the location makes up for it!)
The rent is £862 + 130ish bills per month (includes heating, electricity, wifi, council tax). (Rent will increase from September but not by much, usually ~£30/year).
The room can be made available from February 11th at the earliest (but later is also possible - let me know if you have a different preferred move-in date).
