I’m moving out of my room after 2.5 years of living in this flat as I’m changing jobs and need to relocate.

Honestly will miss this flat, given its location and how large the room & flat is for the monthly price it’s a bargain plus the landlord has never raised the rent only passed on the council tax increase which over 2 years only has been a £5 increase to what I initially paid when I moved in.

5 min walk to kings cross station
5 min walk to Sainsbury’s & Tesco
A number of gyms within 10-15 walking distance.
Plenty of restaurants all around the flat

Practical Details:
Looking for someone to take my room from the 23rd of Feb onwards.
You’ll be sharing the flat with 4 laid-back working professionals. They are chill and tidy, we do have a cleaning schedule for the flat shared among us.

The set-up:
All bills are included.
It’s an agency that looks after the flat and are very quick at fixing things if anything is broken.
A one time deposit of £664 plus references for the agency.

Viewings:
I’m free most days during the week after 6 or more flexible on weekends.
