Sadly, one of our housemates is leaving London. That means there is a great room available in our very spacious, 4 bed/ 2.5 bath house in Kings Cross/Islington. Seperate living and kitchen with a little courtyard area out the back.

The house is in an amazing location, just a 10 min walk to Kings Cross Station (Victoria, Piccadilly, Northern etc) and St Pancras (Eurostar plus trains to Gatwick, Luton and Heathrow).

Move in date is flexible from now until early April.

The room is large and located on the first floor. The rent is £1,240 pcm.

About us:
Eliza (31): Has lived in London for 4 years (2.5 years in this house). Works full time as a lawyer (2 days wfh). Loves travelling, hanging out in the park and hosting the occasional bbq/dinner party. Always up for a chat or house dinner but equally appreciate binge watching a new tv show/ chill time.

Imogen (30): Moved to London last year and works full time in Finance (2 days wfh). Keen to explore London, travel, and meet new people. Always down for chat or shared meal, but also value zen time.

Erin (30): Has lived in London for 1.5 years and works full time in Human Resources (works full time in the office). Loves heading to the pub for a pint or cozying up with a good book.
