Spacious 3rd-floor en-suite room. All current residents are female full-time students at UCL.
As I’m approaching graduation, I’m looking for a student tenant to take over the remaining term of my tenancy. This is a cozy little en-suite room of about 24 square metres – it’s really such a nice and comfortable space to live in. The ventilation is excellent thanks to the room being close to a downhill road. The window comes with the apartment’s blackout curtains and glass windows with built-in blinds, so your sleep will never be disturbed by light! Shopping is also super convenient here: McDonald’s, KFC, Tesco and Sainsbury’s are all within easy reach on the way to King’s Cross. Inside King’s Cross, there are also M&S, Boots, WHSmith and plenty of other shops. It’s truly an incredibly convenient location!
