Hi! I'm moving out of Elizabeth Croll House Studio near London King's Cross and am looking for a student replacement tenant to kindly take my place. Please note that this is available for full-time students ONLY.
Originally £460pw (all bills inclusive), now 30%off. May have a £250 nonrefundable deposit (but will be accounted into the rent later). At least 2-month coverage is preferred.
We will do the official contract with Unite Students. The mechanism works as follows: you pay the original price to Unite Students, and any price difference will be me make direct bank transfer to you once they refund me (typically within 14 days after you moving in).
The building is located in a safe and quiet locality just a 10-minute walk from both King’s Cross Station and Angel Station.
It is also a 5-minute walk to a Tesco, 10-minute walk to Sainsbury’s, McDonald etc. 15 minute walk to Angel central, where large M&S, Waitrose, Iceland, many Shopping stores and restaurants are located.
1.)Standard studio, fully-furnished, well-ventilated accommodation for 1 available from June 1st to September 6th, 2026. It is ok to not start exactly at 1st of June, but once starts, please cover until September 6th.
2.) Attached Washroom with all amenities (Shower, WC, Sink, Towel rail)
3.) small double comfortable bed
4.) 2nd floor with a private kitchen with all amenities (Hobs, Ovens, Refrigerator, Kettle, Microwave, Sink, etc.)
5.) Friendly and nice receptionists who always be there to help!
6.) Communal Laundry (washing machines and tumble dryers), Common Room (Television included) and Study Area.
7.) An app is available for all sorts of services. for example, report a damage, they will get back to you very quickly! It will also notify you if your mails or parcels arrive!
8.) A very safe place where the main gate will be locked after the day gets dark. Door keycard is needed whenever enter the building and rooms.
9.) A large parking lot for loading supermarket deliveries or packages of house-moving. Trolleys are also provided.
