It's on the 2nd floor. Packages can be delivered directly to the adjacent Urbanest St Pancras (an official student dormitory jointly operated by UCL. Our building is also under their management, but no one will come to check. This is a social apartment. If there's any problem, contact them directly and the handling speed will be very fast). To enter downstairs, you need to swipe your card. Swiping the card is also required for the elevator.
It's a 15-minute walk from Kings Cross and St Pancras International to the apartment. It's very convenient for going to the airport or taking the Eurostar. Right next to it is the British Library.
It's a 25-minute walk from UCL's main campus. You can also choose to walk for 10 minutes to Urbanest Kings Cross and take a bus to the main campus.
There is a coop convenience store downstairs. In 8 minutes' walk, there is Waitrose Kings Cross. There is a market there on weekends selling snacks. Through the official contract lease, I will pay the handling fee. After July 22nd, you can continue the lease with the agency landlord.
