I am looking for someone to take over my contrac, I'm currently moving out of my wonderful flat after almost two years here, and we're looking for someone to take my room. There is currently 1.4 month left for the tenency but there is a possibility of moving out earlier.
My flatmate is a lovely 27-year-old who enjoys travelling, a glass of wine, and being social, but she also values her own space. She's very easy-going and genuinely great to live with.
The flat itself is a spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment.
The area has lots of shops, gyms, and restaurants nearby, and it's very central with excellent transport links, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.
