King's Cross Zone 1 Single Room | £750/month

Hi! I'm Lu. I'm looking for a new female flatmate to join our friendly and quiet household in King's Cross.

***As the current flatmates are all women in their 20s and 30s, we are looking for one female non-smoker only.***

The room available is a furnished single room. I will be honest, the size isn't big, so probably better for someone who has just moved to London or has fewer belongings. The biggest sell, I'd say - super affordable home in a fantastic central London location.

The other room will be available late Aug/early Sept. Specific date not decided yet. It's slightly bigger than the current one and only £800, a very good deal.

The flat has two floors, and both these two rooms and my room are upstairs.

There are currently three women living in the flat, all working full-time. Two Asians, one British. The flat is friendly and respectful, and we would occasionally hang out.

There are two bathrooms, both with showers and toilets, and recently renovated.

There is no living room, but we have a spacious kitchen with a dining area. No smoking and no pets.
