I am looking for a female aged 25-32 to take over my lease until Jan 2027 (can extend after then). I'm moving south of the river now I don't need to be central. It's an all girls flat and always good vibes 💞

It is a 3-bedroom flat with separate toilet and bathroom.

7 mins walk from King's Cross St. Pancras Station

10 mins walk from Russell Square Station

10 mins walk from a huge Waitrose

The room is on the 4/F. The room is west-facing with very great sunlight and 5 panels of windows and also access to the balcony. The room is furnished with bedside table, a chest drawer, wardrobe, bed frame and mattress.

The flat has a living room and a kitchen and it provides dishwasher and washing machine. And we have a great balcony for sunsets as well. The building is located on a quiet street.

Your flatmates will be 2 lovely girls, both working professionals. We all have visitors sometimes, but it is definitely not a party house. We are looking for a new tenant who is also a working professional, 25-32, non-smoker, clean and tidy.

The room is £1050 pcm, on top of that, it would be ~£95 for water, gas, electricity and wifi (not including council tax). We pay much less for electricity and gas during summer. (Council tax may vary throughout the year depending on if flatmates
