I am leaving this amazing flat, so my double room is coming available! Both short-term and long-term stays are very welcome.
Whether you need a place just for a few weeks to cover the summer, or a stable home to move into permanently, this flat can accommodate you:
Short-Term / Summer Let (Available immediately until late August): Perfect if you need a temporary spot. Stays shorter than a full month are also accepted!
Weekly rate: £375 per week (based on £1,500/month).
Long-Term Tenancy: If you want to take over my spot on the contract permanently from late July.
ABOUT THE LOCATION:
It is ideally placed in the more exciting part of the new development side of Kings Cross regeneration zone (aka new Google building location) that includes numerous parks, bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, and gyms at Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard. It is very close to Regents Canal that you can walk/jog all the way to Regents Park.
It’s a 10-minute walk fr/to Kings Cross–St. Pancras Station which serves:
Underground/Tube lines are Picadilly, Victoria, Northern and Circle, Hammersmith, & Metropolitan, City Thameslink, National Rail (GNR, LNER, etc.), Eurostar to Paris, Amsterdam, and Brussels. If you’re a potterhead, Platform 9 ¾ is also here, lol!
Overground Station (Caledonian & Barnsbury) is also just 12-minute walk, lots of buses can take you to almost everywhere in the city.
ABOUT THE FLAT:
It’s a fully-furnished 2-bedroom flat in a modern building with lift and porter services. You will be sharing the flat with my super friendly flatmate. The flat has a private balcony connected to a good-sized living area, with a fully fitted open plan huge kitchen and dining area with wooden floors and underfloor heating.
The bedroom has carpet with a double-sized bed, huge wardrobe, night table, a chest of drawers, and a working desk.
