Spacious Double Room Near Angel & King’s Cross

A bright, comfortable room is available in my spacious two bedroom, top floor maisonette (one maisonette below) in a quiet, landscaped Islington estate, ideally situated between Angel and King’s Cross.

The flat is arranged over two levels and feels peaceful, light and homely. It has a large south west-facing balcony, an outlook towards the BT Tower, a modern bathroom and a second separate toilet. The available room has a desk and chair, making it equally suitable for working from home or simply having a separate place to study or write.

The location is one of the flat’s real advantages. The canal is only a few minutes away, while Angel, Granary Square and the restaurants, shops and transport connections around King’s Cross are all within easy reach. Despite being so central, the estate itself is pleasantly quiet and green.

You would be sharing with me and Gracie, my very sweet, calm and well-behaved Labradoodle. She is an important member of the household, so this would best suit somebody who genuinely likes dogs and would enjoy having her around.

I am hoping to find someone considerate, friendly and comfortable living in a relaxed but well cared for home. I am open to discussing both longer arrangements and shorter stays where the dates and circumstances work well. For shorter lets, the rent would be agreed according to the duration and additional flexibility involved.

The room would suit a professional looking for a calm, welcoming home rather than an impersonal flatshare, while still being exceptionally well connected to central London.
