Double room in King’s Cross. Short term

Subletting my double room while I'm away before uni starts. Fixed
short let, 5th September to 16 September — perfect if you're arriving
in London before term begins, on a summer placement, or bridging
a gap between tenancies.

THE ROOM
Furnished double with a proper double bed, desk and chair,
mirrored wardrobe and chest of drawers. Large window looking out
onto trees, so it gets good natural light and stays quiet — it's
on the calm side of the flat. Laminate floors, radiator, plenty
of storage for a short stay.

THE FLAT
Big open-plan kitchen and dining area with oven, dishwasher and
full-size fridge-freezer — proper space to cook and sit rather
than a corridor kitchen. Shared bathroom with bath and overhead
shower. You'd be sharing with 2 friendly, tidy flatmates, students.

LOCATION
Copenhagen Street, N1 — right between King's Cross and Caledonian
Road. Walking distance to King's Cross St Pancras, which gets you
the Victoria, Northern, Piccadilly, Circle, Hammersmith & City and
Metropolitan lines plus Eurostar. Angel and Barnsbury are a short
walk the other way. Regent's Canal, Granary Square and Coal Drops
Yard all nearby, with Tesco and Sainsbury's a few minutes away.

TERMS
£250 per week (£1,350 for the full period)
Bills included
Deposit £200, refundable at the end of the stay
Fixed dates: 10 August to 16 September — a few days' flexibility
either side is fine, but no long extensions as I'm back after that
Non-smoking, no pets
