Double Room + Garden in Kings Cross

We are looking for a female tenant to join us....

Room is available from 1st January 2026.

The room itself is a double room which has recently been renovated. We're currently looking for female only share. There are currently 3 girls living in the flat in which all are working full-time. There will only be maximum of 4 people living at the property at one time so we don't get over crowded (1 per room). Everyone is usually busy doing their own things so the flat isn't loud, party flat or so.
Ideally located for students or professionals who wants a nice and quiet place to live. Both bathroom and toilets are newly renovated. The flat does not have a lounge but have a big kitchen and has a dining table. No smoking or pets allowed.
The flat itself has a garden at the rear which can only be access by this room which only you have access to. Great for BBQ's in the summer. =)

There is a nice Regent Canel which is 2 mins walk from the flat which can also lead you to Kings Cross Station. Great for the summer.

The flat is 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross/ St Pancras International so transport is as convenient as it could get. 2 mins walk to nearest bus stop (390) which takes you to Central London. Many other bus routes are nearby too.
Most major supermarkets (Waitross (5 mins walk)/Tesco/Sainsbury's/Co-Op) are also a short walk away as well as small 24/7 corner shops. There are also many new restaurants and places to eat or takeaway.
The rent does not include utility bills (gas/electric shared among household), however it does include council tax, water and fast fibre optic wireless internet broadband.
We do have a cleaner which is provided by landlord.
