Amazing location, view and room! Available 26/4

Hi! We've got a double room available from April 26, in a decent-sized three-bedroom flat. We're less than ten minutes' walk from London's biggest station Kings Cross/St Pancras, and 10 minutes' walk downhill from Angel, Islington. There are shops, pubs, takeaways and restaurants as convenient to the flat as you could ask for.

It's on the top (9th) floor of a block of flats, but don't let that put you off(!) There's an amazing view from our balcony over the whole west end of London, including - if you lean out slightly dangerously - the London Eye. Plus, we have a good-sized living room and adequate kitchen. The room has a double bed and loads of shelf space. You'll like it!

One of our flatmates is about to leave after getting hitched, so we're now looking for a replacement. The ideal new flatmate would be sociable, walk the middle ground between very tidy and disgustingly messy - and would be up for the odd night at the pub. We occasionally work long hours, but aim for a comfortable and social atmosphere at home. Hopefully you'll want, and help to provide, the same. Your rent includes all standard rates and bills, including broadband. It's a bargain.

Also, we're following the current corona advice fairly closely. Due to the current situation, we're looking to set up initial "Zoom" calls, before we let people come to see the flat.
