This modern and brilliantly located 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat has a double room available from the end of January 2015. Since the other room is en-suite, you'll be the only user of the main bathroom which comes with a bath.

It's a great flat in the newly developed Kings Cross area, 8-10 mins walk away from Kings Cross Station and a couple of minutes from York Way. It's close to all amenities- 10 minutes to Angel (Sainsbury's, Waitrose, M&S) and nearby many restaurants and bars. It's also just around the corner from Granary Square which hosts brilliant food markets and other events throughout the week and of course, the canal is down the road.

The flat is partly furnished with a fully fitted modern kitchen (dish washer, stove, oven, microwave and washing machine) and very spacious living room with a sofa and two arm chairs. Anyone with extra tables/cabinets are welcome!

The room itself also comes partly furnished and has a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe.

You'd be sharing with us, Tista and Rahul - a young professional couple who moved here from New Zealand a few months ago. We're looking to share with any other young professional who wouldn't be a complete stranger and treats this place like a home.

Couples may be a possibility (with landlord's permission) but it will mean an increase in rent you will pay.

There is an agency cost for the references which is about £330 (£440 for couples).
