The flat is in terms of walking distance within 5 minutes from Kings Cross, 7 minutes from Russell Square, 3 minutes from the British Library, 8 minutes from Euston, 20 minutes from Oxford Street, 15 minutes from Islington, 25 minutes from Shoreditch etc.
Our flat is in a beautiful mansion block and there is a courtyard garden and a roof terrace ideal for the summer. We definitely need a single girls so sorry but definitely no boys or couples!
The landlord pays for the wifi, water rates & TV licence.
You will need to pay for your electricity and a share of the council tax.
