Hello!
We're looking for a flatmate to move into our lovely flat near St. Pancras from 1st November. You would be sharing with 2 friendly professionals and a very cute cat! We're looking for someone back and friendly - it's a real home, and we're used to sharing a bottle of wine or going for a drink together every week or two. If that sounds like you, please get in touch!
The flat is extremely convenient for the City or various Universities (UCL, LSE and King's College). The room is large and bright with a double bed and original wooden floors. There's a great living room and a basement and courtyard where you can keep bikes.
The area is very quiet and safe, and extremely convenient for the great bars and restaurants around King's Cross station. A large Waitrose is 5 mins walk away in the Brunswick Centre, and quite a large Tesco Metro 7 mins in the other direction near King's Cross station. Bills are excluded and around £90 extra per month each, including a cleaner who comes twice a month. If you work or study locally, you save a lot on travel costs. 6 week deposit required. Non-smokers only, please.
