The home is very centrally situated, and accessible with various buses and train routes.

We are an Asian couple, looking for a Lodger to rent our spare room. The room comes with all bills included and WiFi broadband for £900 on a calendar monthly basis. There is also access to the kitchen/diner room and its facilities, as well as to the TV/social room.
