Live in a lovely double bedroom located right next to Kings Cross St Pancras station (<5 minutes walk) over the summer.

Less than 15 minutes walk to UCL or UoL.
The room comes fully furnished. The room has a large bed, large window, full-length mirror, desk, chairs, shelf, closet and some appliances. The room is always bright because of how the window is angled.
There is a kitchen with all appliances, separated bathroom and toilet. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer in the balcony.

All costs are included (electricity, gas, water, WiFi).

The flat is cleaned by a friendly lady twice a month (complimentary!). The flat is usually tidy and clean :).

I am a student living with two other students since last year. I'll be out travelling over the summer so I am looking for a tenant to live here for 3 months from mid-June to mid-September. Suitable for students doing a summer job / course or internships.
