Zone 1 DBL Room for Summer Let, 3 mins to Tube!

I am looking to let out a room for the summer available from 16th June to 19th September (at least 1 month let preferred).

The room is fully furnished, spacious for central London and easily fits in a big double bed as well as working table space with space left over. The flat is located on the third floor with easy elevator access and the highlight is the 3 min walk to Kings Cross tube station in Zone 1 London. Within 30 mins walk to UCL, LSE and Central London while Sainsburys and Co-Op are just around the corner.

The room will be fully cleaned and returned to original condition for the new tenants.

The flat comes with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and patio. The other 2 student tenants are extremely pleasant and friendly and would love a responsible tenant to join them.

The price includes water and high speed internet.
