I am looking to transfer my contract for my student studio at Lightfoot Hall just off the iconic King's Road. Located close to Sloane Square Station and South Kensington station, this room is perfect for summer students looking for a safe accommodation in a nice area with 24/7 security and reception. The Studio is located on a higher floor with big airy windows. Measuring around 13m², the studio comes with a comfy ¾ bed. With an en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a handy study area and a wardrobe, All bills are included, including Wifi and broadband. My contract is until beginning of September but if wanted you can always extend. Due to the fact that this is a contact transfer, the new tenant would have to be a student.
