The flat is located just off the King'™s Road in the heart of Chelsea and occupies the top 3 floors of a large period house. The landlady lives in another part of the house and the flat is separate and self-contained with a large, beautiful living room, separate kitchen and large bathroom.

The location is extremely well connected:
- 5 minute walk to Sloane Square
- 15 minute walk or 10 min bus to Victoria Station
- 10 minute walk to South Kensington Station

In the room there is a single bed, large wardrobe with sliding doors and mirror, a bedside table and chest of drawers with lamp.

It'a very rare to find a room in such an amazing location at such a reasonable price, therefore we need to ensure that our new flat mate is very respectful that the owner lives in another part of the house. The flat is absolutely beautiful, but it is not modern, so it would suit someone who likes period features and character.

Flat mates are myself, a magazine editor and 20 year old William. We're friendly, like socialising and going out but we also like quiet time relaxing at home.
