House located in a lovely quiet area of North West London. The property has a large garden which is easily accessed privately via french doors from the bedroom. Full use of patio area permitted.

The room has just recently been completely redecorated and comes with bedding (duvet and pillows) and a duvet set to start with.

There is a public park close by. It’s a short walk to the bus stop where you can catch the bus to Wembley Park (less than 10 mins journey time) and from here get the Metropolitan/Jubilee lines. The property is also located 5 minutes from the M1 Motorway and 10/15 minute bus journey to Hendon Central for access to the Northern Line and Middlesex University Campus.

Occupancy can be full time or weekday let will also be considered if for a defined period of time. The rent is £800 per calendar month. Deposit can be discussed as can references.
