I am looking to rent this double room for single, female occupancy of either a student or a professional.

The family house is shared with three more residents including the landlady. All bills included, mini fridge available along with limited space in the kitchen and fair usage of microwave, toaster, oven and washing machine.

Secured home in a safe residential area with easy access to Aldi, Tesco, Iceland, Boots, a number of banks, post office, restaurants and 24 hours grocery store nearby. There is also a gym nearby (5 mins walk).

Situated on the jubilee line, the place is 20 mins to Central London, and about 10mins to Harrow and Wembley. It is also well connected by bus routes a short walk away. Situated a minute from Roe green park for your running and fitness requirements.
