We live within the property, but the room and it's co-joined toilet/bathroom are situated within a separate area of the house. It comes with a bed, window overlooking the garden and also 2 cupboards that can be used. We are happy to share the downstairs area (including large through lounge, kitchen, additional toilet and garden with the housemate).
