Free internet and one off-street parking available. Please NO pets. Single person £390 per calendar Month. Must be working and must be clean. One month deposit for room plus for keys, which is refundable. Prefer vegetarian but not must. Gas and Electric included up to certain amount which will be discussed. Please note the room size is 4 square meters, super cosy, so only for one people. Available from end of Oct / 1st Nov. 2024.
