Beautiful single room

Hi!

I am looking for someone who wishes to make this place their home and stay long term. Please note I am looking for a female to share with.

I tend to be away in the weekends and I'm usually out and about during the day so you will often have the entire flat to yourself.

With two balconies in the living room, there is lots of natural sunlight and has a pull out sofa bed. There is a beautiful park just opposite the flat with a tennis court. There is also a 24/7 shop 5 minutes from the flat that has literally everything! As the apartment is away from the high street, it is quiet.
Your room has a quality memory foam mattress and electric blanket for that extra comfort.
The space would suit someone who enjoys calm and peaceful time
Students and Monday- Friday stay welcome.

I really value personal space but enjoy having a good connection with the person I'm living with. It is also your home so would love your creative input to make the space more beautiful and comfortable. Having a calm, peaceful environment is really important so would suit someone who prefers this rather than partying.
