Spare Room Available – Welcoming Family Home

We have a double room available to rent in our warm, lived-in family home. You'll be sharing with myself and my friend as we continue lovingly updating the house — so you’ll need to be comfortable with some communal areas still being a work in progress.

Our home is full of character, memories, and a real sense of history. It’s been well loved over the years, and we’re looking for someone who will appreciate that atmosphere.

Double bedroom available

Rent is monthly, with bills included

Access to kitchen, bathroom, and living areas (some spaces are under renovation)

Must be a non-smoker

No pets, please

No meat household (non-negotiable)

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easygoing
