Room For Rent In Family Home

We are a very understanding family just looking for someone to rent our third floor room. There will be a brand new miniature stove, toaster, microwave and kettle provided. The room already has a bathroom with a shower. You will also receive the house Wi-Fi. All that we ask is you be respectful towards the other people living here and pay on time. We have no issues with couples, however we would prefer if there were no children. As we don't have too much space and feel it would be unfair to them to keep them in a room the entire time.
