5-7 minutes walk to Kingsbury Station (Jubilee Line), Kingsbury High Road (Banks, Gym, Library, Aldi).

This is basically like a large 1-2 bedroom maisonette with a private and separate entrance. For clarity, the house is a 5-bed, where I (the landlord) live completely seperately with my family. The section I am letting out for rent is a private 1 large bed (which includes a lounge/office area), a fully private bathroom and semi-private kitchen (simply because the washing machine and dryer is shared, but we have our own seperate kitchen otherwise).

There are no other occupants you would need to share with.
