We are looking for tidy, clean people and they must be vegetarians and non-smokers.

5-7 minutes walk to Kingsbury Station (Jubilee Line), Kingsbury High Road (Banks, Gym, Library, Aldi).

This is basically like a large 1-2 bedroom maisonette with a private and separate entrance, where there will be no crossover with us (the landlords).

For clarity, the house is a 5-bed, where I (the landlord) live completely separately with my family. The section I am letting out for rent is a PRIVATE 1 large bedroom (which includes a lounge/office area), a fully private bathroom and private kitchen. We (landlords) have our own separate bathroom and kitchen.

The washing machine and dryer is in a communal area and the only items that are shared.

NOTE: There are no other occupants you would need to share with.
