Double Room in Friendly Houseshare

Hiya

We are 2 housemates, in need of a third! This is a great room furnished with bed and built-in wardrobe. The girl leaving is happy to sell the second wardrobe. There's also more storage space if needed.

I'm a grad student (girl/27) and the one guy is a primary school teacher. Students are welcome :)

It's a comfy house and we are chill easygoing peeps. Theres 2 toilets so never have to wait! shared living room, fully equipped kitchen with door to large garden, and driveway space if you have a car.

Bills are not included, but come to about £75-100 at most (winter months) - this would be significantly less if you're a student!!!

Area is residential with good neighbours and parks in nearly every direction. There's a food & pharmacy co-op around the corner (5min walk), a small 24hr m&s, lidl, asda all within short distance. Our nearest bus stop (2min walk) also serves a regular night bus from central London.
