Double room for rent available in Kingsbury

Hi,

I have double room available for rent but we are looking only single person. It is a two bedroom flat. House is extremely quiet as we both work and my 16years old son goes to school.

You will have in that room double bed, a chest of drawer, two huge closets . From the pictures you can see it is very spaceous. From the flat it is a 10 minute walking to Kingsbury station. There is a beautiful park opposite the house and you can walk through the park to get to the station. If not, the bus stop is right outside the house and 2 buses go to the station, which is only 3 stops away. So extremely accessible to transport.

Our flat is very clean and we would prefer someone who is also tidy and to maintain the same. This isnt an en suite and there is one bathroom for share and so is the kitchen too which will be shared, I have added a few pictures too.

Whats close to the house?
- You can take 324 Bus from around the corner and go directly to Brent Cross Mall which is just a 15 minute ride. The same bus goes to Tesco Superstore
- Asda is 10 mins walking distant.
- There is a Catholic Church just around the corner.
- Wembley is only 20 minutes by bus.
- Colindale station is around 10 minutes.
