I have a bright, warm double room available from ASAP.
The room is on the first floor with a beautiful bay window. It's fully furnished with a built-in wardrobes and wooden floor.
This room is priced at £170 p/w. + 2 weeks of deposit.
It's located at 8-10 minutes walk from KINGSBURY Station. It's in a lovely area with parks, tennis courts and outdoor gym nearby and excellent bus links too. Literally 3 minutes to nearest bus stop that takes you straight to Colindale station, and good transport links to Middlesex University.

The house is a Victorian style with a porch, driveway and rear garden. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is a comfortable sofa, 2 armchair, TV and Audio-system to share in the lounge.
The house has all the essentials such as a Hoover, iron boards, irons, washing machine, oven, hob, lots of fridge space and cupboard space and a kitchen with a nice garden perfect for BBQ.

If you come and see it in person you will not be disappointed. The rest of the housemates are peaceful and positive.
