We have a large and bright double room available in a flat in the Hammersmith area.

The flat is located near Hammersmith Station (5 minutes’ walk).
It is also very close to the river and Hammersmith Bridge (around 5 minutes’ walk).

The room is available for rent from the 15th of January.

There are 2 other tenants living in the property, aged 25 and 35 (one guy and one girl).
Both are friendly young professionals.

The flat has a modern kitchen, a spacious corridor, and a separate bathroom and toilet.
It is located on the 6th floor, and the room has a beautiful view from the window.

Most of the bills are included in the cost of the room (council tax, broadband, gas, and water).
The only bill not included is electricity, which is calculated separately as the cost may vary from month to month.
Electricity is split equally between the 3 tenants at the end of each month and usually ranges from £30 to £60 per person.
