1 bed mews house Knightsbridge for short term rent

I have decided to rent out my house as I spend much on my time out during the day and I have a bed next door where my art studio is so i can stay there. However my apartment is filled with my clothes and belongings, so I am looking for a renter who is happy for me to pop over and collect things as and when. Obviously, I will try to stay out of your way as much as possible, but it is not worth me moving everything out for such a short time. I have reflected this in the price. Also with this in mind, I am looking for someone who is completely trustworthy. This is a great scenario for someone who just needs a central base in a fantastic location but, but not for someone who is going to have people back. I am looking for someone who is very tidy and trustworthy.

Timing
- From Wednesday 8th April to mid May ish

The Space
- Sitting room with kitchen at one end (no dining table. Not suitable for someone who wants to do lots of cooking. However given the fantastic location, a few mins from Harrods, and lots of other great food spots, I don't find this an issue)
- Bedroom. Queen-size bed. It can fit two people, but I would like to only rent this to a single person who is not having guests back.
- Bathroom. Fitter with a shower. It is a small space, but perfectly reasonable and practical.

Price
- £900 per week. Great price for the location and apartment, because the renter needs to be okay with me popping in every now and then with warning to collect things.

Renter
- It is essential to me that we meet in person before. I will be asking for references and the deposit we will discus depending on the length of stay.
