I am subletting my room during the festive season. We are looking for a male or female housemate to live in a beautiful large house in North Kensington for 2-4 months.
The bedroom is double but the house is also very spacious with many communal areas. (No couples)
There is a big kitchen.
There is a dog.
There is also a garden which gets the sun all day and the house is a quick walk to Ladbroke Grove and also to White City tube - the central line.
There are also plenty of outdoor spaces for exercise. Wormwood Scrubs is behind the house and a fantastic place to exercise.
The other housemates are all professionals working regular hours. You can be either a student or professional. However, we expect you to be tidy, working regular hours, and sociable.
Available to movie in ASAP. Available until February 1st, though I can be ±4 weeks flexible.
