The canal is a few mins away, great for runs and walks.
Beautiful Holland Park and hyde park are only 15min run away.
The flat is 5min walk from Ladbroke Grove station, or 10min bus ride / 20min walk to Notting hill station.
Bills are around £70-100pcm (recently went up because of energy increase.)
